Permit Information:
Check with your local building inspection department. Every city has different requirements and building codes. Most commonly a permit is not required for buildings 120s.f (10′x12′) or smaller, but you still have to meet setback requirements. Also, if you have a Homeowner Association, check with them to see if they have any building restrictions. If you do not have a permit and are required to have one, you could be subject to permit and registration fees at the time of service.
